Holiday Inn Dallas-Richardson, an IHG Hotel

"This is the most professional staff that I have encountered in the hotel business. The staff is so pleasant AND helpful. The beds are so comfortable. Rooms are always clean. The restaurant food is excellent AND the restaurant staff is so cordial AND kind! A+++ rating for this hotel."

"The lobby is nice. The food was... Okay. my tub had obviously been repaired and it looked like a rush job. The tub leaked all over the bathroom floor. The TV is old and slow."

"We had a terrible time at our stay. We stayed one night because we left for spring break early and it was cheaper to stay here one night over extending where we booked our vacation. We got breakfast the next morning and one of the workers comes and asks us what our room number was and I told him. He doesn't seem to believe us so I show him my key and say I can take you to our room. He then goes to the front desk and comes back to tell us we don't have breakfast with our room and I told him our reservation doesn't show that anywhere and it says it on your website that the stays come with free breakfast. He goes back and this time I follow him to the desk and they try to tell us nobody is staying in room 426 when we clearly are. They look further amd say we're supposed to be in 326 and I tell them again that we aren't because we are on the 4th floor yet again. So we go swimming later and they deactivate our keys while in the pool almost 2 hours before checkout haooens so I leave my family upstairs cold in the hallway while I go to the lobby and tell them and they again tell me you're not in 326? Needless to say we left quickly afterwards because obviously we aren't wanted there. They try to tell us some story at checkout that the clerk last night must have put us in the wrong room but after all they've done it's too late. I'll never go back there again."

"Stopped here for one night while traveling. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was something wrong with the window, there was an opening somewhere that I could not find... maybe the window was rotted? But there was an opening so we heard the traffic all night from highway 75, and we heard people walking by our window talking, but the big thing was that it was 40 degrees outside, so our room was cold. The heater unit did not work, and there were no extra blankets. We had to wear our street clothes to stay warm. It was very uncomfortable all night."

"excellent location for where I needed to be. only 35 minutes to DFW. They have a local shuttle but doesn't go to the airport. Nice lobby with breakfast, dinner and a bar. Very friendly staff and room service. One room condition issue that was addressed within 30 minutes. Well done. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in the area."
