"Not a fan. I called back in Feb to schedule a pool liner to be put in. They showed up on the appointed day, but we saw that I didn't have all the gaskets, so i overnight'ed them and kept in contact with (or i tried to) them to rescheduled...and rescheduled and rescheduled... i was told that they'd be out on a Wednesday (I called on a Monday) and they no showed, I called on Wednesday and was told they'd be out the next day...no showed.... from there, they stopped answering my calls and never returned my 4+ phone messages....I would have much rather they just say "you're $500 job isn't worth our time" instead of wasting my time."
