"Terrible experience with this company. No customer service, no follow up. Tell you they will call you back or email you and never do. Most communication appears to be robotic and automated with no one behind their names. Some lady named Rey has emailed me 3 times appearing to be a real person, even sending a photo of herself sitting beside a dog giving the appearance she is a happy employee apparently. Yet never responds to emails or questions. Tried calling the company and you get an automated response they'll call you back and never do. They didn't have a problem taking my money but now offer no support. Heaven forbid you have to ever submit a claim and need to talk to someone. This company has every indication it is nothing more than a third party scam and I'm afraid I'll be canceling my policy ( if that's even possible with no customer service) and likely contacting the BBB, the FTC and the State Attorney Generals Office and reporting them."
