"I feel so thankful to have found a great auto shop! A couple weeks ago, I was in a bind - I was driving in heavy snow when my brake light kept turning on every few minutes all day. I was worried my brakes might go out on me and after doing a quick google on best rated auto shops near me, I came upon Major League Auto Repair. It was a Thursday afternoon so I figured the chances of getting my car in before the weekend were slim, but Jeff was an absolute rockstar and reassured me I could bring my car in that same day. Such a relief. Once he had a chance to check out the issues, he even told me he would personally guarantee I had my car back no later than end of the next day (Fri) even if he had to stay late. Sure enough, it was ready the very next day and he did end up staying late to get the work done. I am beyond appreciative for such caring and prompt service - it's hard to find but I will be a forever customer at Major League because of this 10/10 experience and how awesome Jeff was! "Overall great experience. We contacted Major League because our car was hesitating a bit going up hills and when accelerating. When I contacted Jeff, he took a lot of time on the phone to try to understand the possible issue, answer my questions and explain my options. Once we brought the car in, he was able to quickly diagnose what he believed to be the issue. Again, he explained things with a lot of detail, answered all my questions, and gave me all the options. The price he quoted before the work matched the final invoice. We've been driving the car for about a week now, and the issue is completely gone, and the car is driving much better than it has in a long time.
