"Been there 2 times and both times they have done a scrappy job... not only do I still have polish showing through my new polish from the last time I had my feet done . I also have an un even nail because I stressed to the lady file them evenly numerous times and just look at this mess and her way of trying to fix it was I will take 5 dollars off . I could have done a better job with letting my granddaughter paint them."

"okay little backstory before I go on about the whole issue, I’ve been to la Fleur nails in Norman multiple times never any issues with staff or the services. I haven’t been in a while since I’ve moved out of Norman but since I was in the area and they accept walk ins I went ahead and did my MONTHLY face wax there. I get my face waxed monthly and have never had this issue let me emphasize that. The staff was all super friendly no complaints there, but a couple days after my appointment my face broke out extremely bad. Mind you I get this done a lot and have never had issues. I proceeded to call the shop and let them know what was going on and she told me to come in and she’d look at it, I did. She gave me diaper cream….DIAPER CREAM to put on my face. I expressed to her that I’ve never had this issue and that I didn’t have super bad acne, that something had went wrong and she told me her tech told her I came in with bad acne! I asked for a refund and was neglected that I’m not upset about that but the fact that they could do nothing to reverse what they have done to my face is slightly upsetting. Just a warning be careful getting waxed here. Photos a day before my wax. 2 days after my wax, and then 2 1/2 weeks after my wax Yes I’ve been taking care of it."

"I love la fluer! They have incredible customer service as well as very talented techs! I've never had a bad experience here. My technicians have always been gentle. You can tell they are very passionate about what they would do. 10/10 would recommend coming here! My nails are absolutely gorgeous, and the prices are very low!"

"I went here on Dec.23 Saturday. It was my first time and might be my last… I made an appointment the day before for a $65 pedicure and a $40 gel manicure and $5 for a design on my nails. My pedicure was great and I loved it. My issue is my manicure. I felt rushed. And I asked for candy cane stripes for the design. The gel polish is already started to come off because there’s at least 6 layers of polish and it got snagged when I was getting dressed. The design is uneven and frankly doesn’t look like candy cane stripes at all. This was my first solo outing since having a baby and it was my Christmas gift to myself and I’m just disappointed. Pedicure was great…manicure was not."

"This salon is by far one of the best i’ve been to. I travel from OKC to Normal just for this salon. I had 2 different experiences with the technician Lee and he was phenomenal. while they’re all great technicians, you can really tell Lee goes above and beyond to make sure you like what you’re paying for. 10/10 experience and it’s so worth the money spent."
