"This was the most horrific hair cut I have ever gotten! It's been a week and I still won't go out in public! I'm so embarrassed at how bad my hair looks! It's not a 1/4 of an inch long all over my head! I have absolutely no sides! I will never recommend this place!"

"I received the worst haircut of my 65 years yesterday from Sascha. I told her numerous times not to go too short. I wear short hair but not a pixie and I now have a pixie and I hate it. She did something in the back at the hairline that I can't even explain but my husband had to take some clippers and make it look presentable. I also have more hair in the back on my left side than I do the right. Thanks goodness hair grows back but it's going to be a long and embarrassing wait. I don't think she wanted to cut it like I asked - I don't think it was trendy enough, maybe?"

"I have been going to Whitney for four or five years. I called her and had to cancel my appointment because I was sick running fever and could hardly talk. They scheduled me another appointment for like four days later. I had never cancelled on her ever. She had cancelled on me 3 times. Once because she wanted to do something with her husband and the other two times was because she was sick. I went to have my hair colored every 5 weeks. Well she called me and told me she had a new cancellation policy that if you cancelled it was $50.00. I told her that I would just come on in but I was sick and running fever. She told me she had already scheduled someone else in my spot. I told her that I had never been told ever that if u cancelled that it would be $50. I guess she had never told me that because I had never cancelled in 5 years. I told her that I had always been a great customer, never complained or anything but I guess she never took that into consideration I thought we were friends also. She never told me about this.policy and I never saw anything like this on her mirror or anything. It really hurt but she acted like she was doing me a favor. I told her I would never be back and she just lost a darn good customer. It was not even the $50.00. It was just the way it was handled. I went to the doctor and I had the flu. I could see her charging me if I was one to cancel all the time but NEVER EVER CANCELLED IN FIVE YEARS."
