"The outcome is decent, but the time spent was unimpressive. One toe was clipped sideways, and I didn't notice until she was done. The color was supposed to be a deeper red/purple based on the demo, though it was labeled the number I chose. I got the POSH pedicure. The heel scrub was light. The massage was more of a rub with occasional pounding of fists that lasted 8 minute total. The wax hadn't hardened before it was removed. It's definitely not worth $55. ($40 for the POSH, and $15 for Gel nail polish)."

"Five star customer service!! I have been going to Mint for years. Every time I branch out I regret it because others don’t compare to the experience and quality I receive at mint. I am always so busy so making an appointment is hard for me, but Mint always works me in for a full set. My nails always turn out so beautiful and last me so long (and I am rough on my nails). Nina is always so happy and kind. You can tell that she truly cares about her clients and the salon. If something negatively affects your experience - they will make it right. They genuinely care about your experience here!"

"I’ve been going to this nail salon since 2019 or 2020 and have never been very disappointed with my nails, as I’m not super picky. I have been driving 20 minutes to this salon because they usually do a good job! I went to get my dip nails done the day before I left for a trip. The nice man doing my nails was rushing through them. He barely shaped my nails the way I asked, and was rushing through every step. By the end of it, I noticed my nails were very bumpy and the top clear coat was not fully on any of the nails. However, as I said, I’m not picky, so I just dealt with it. By the 3rd day, two of my nails had already chipped and they all started cracking. I hadn’t had them a week, and they were completely falling apart. my natural nails have also broken now. I couldn’t go back since I was on my trip. I called the salon and they said I had to call their boss. She did not answer and I didn’t get a call back in reply to my voicemail. There are some very kind people there, but also some not so kind people. As one lady snapped at me to “relax” my hands during a past appointment. I do wish I didn’t feel as if they were rushing through my nails most times. There is a lady who has always don’t a fantastic job and been very sweet. But I have unfortunately decided that I won’t be returning to this salon.. *pics are from 5 days after, then after 2 weeks*"
