"Very unprofessional. Don't know what they are doing even in the initial hiring process. I should have followed my gut instinct after seeing all the bed reviews. The msin person even had typos in her emails to me? Wow theur skills test was very ar archaic abd typing test from some online site had errors in it? No double space after the period at end if sentence? I kept getting stopped and realize it was a single spaced. Reduced my speed to 50 wpm when I type 80wpm? Got all kinds of accolades for my experience my computer software work the only thing to complete wants is to do is visit aside or update worker's comp Unemployees and what risk level they are?? Does simplest spreadsheet work ever. I was told there was no competition in my area they were very happy to get me after 2 interviews and a skills test I'm waiting waiting waiting after I told I would move on to the next step in 2 days by the secondary person and suddenly I had to follow up and say when am I doing the next step cause I was concerned about the training starting and getting my laptop and I get a very short curt msg Message stating they made it very difficult decision and go? That's whenever there's somebody else I'm competing against which was not the case but the message Had typing errors and she even got the name or initials of the company wrong misspelled? In my opinion it probably wasn't HR but maybe they said what are you doing there's no position there's no budget maybe an insurance company pulled a recount cause I've been income based like that as they start going downhill I've actually had to tell someone we couldn't hire them after interview is but I told the truth. The reviews are all bad don't even take a chance on this company I think they're failing badly. And perhaps HR again their hands were tied but all they had to do was tell me the truth."

"Dispicable business tactics trying to rob small businesses by ignoring payroll reports provided by Quickbooks the most widely used business accounting software in the US. My payroll reports are clearly demonstrating overtime pay due to Covid and Lowry and Associates insist my payroll reports are not clear. I gave them reports to further explain the payroll summary and they continue to play dumb. Exhausting, fraudulent, pompous and despicable business tactics used by this company and STATE FARM is using them for their audits. I won't be using State Farm next year! Enough with FRAUD!!!!! Enough with Lowry and Associates. I am reporting them to the BBB, Insurance commissioner and every site that tells the truth about this glutenous company. In addition, they increased my workers comp to over $800 a month because of their ignoring reports directly from my business. This qualifies as fraud. They are doing business not by what is legal, but by everything that constitutes ILLEGAL practices.!!!!"

"This company engages in racketeering and profiteering with regard to workman's comp audits. They should be indicted for their business practices. They audit for many companies I assume, but recently decided to retroactively rate an employee who leaves the office less than one half of one percent of his time not as clerical, but as a "delivery driver." Yet my rep at State Farm, who drives off site weekly to meet with clients, IS allowed to remain rated as clerical. The local reps even admit it's nonsense. Of course these charlatans stand by the reclassification, because the net effect is a retroactive tripling of my premiums. If your audit is massively in error due to their racketeering with your provider, take it from me, engage an attorney IMMEDIATELY. Do not leave it to them to correct their mistake, they will not, they will collude with your provider to maximize profits at your expense. They will deny your reasonable dispute, and send you to collections. If you are a provider and are looking for a company willing to lie, obfuscate, and cheat you to maximum profits. Look no further. You have found your devils here."

"As a State Farm client, we have had independent audits conducted by Lowry and Associates, per State Farm policies. Multiple times, over multiple years, Lowry has erred in their calculations, resulting in hundreds if not thousands of dollars of erroneous charges in their audits. This in turn has created multiple hours of our companies time - wasted. Lowry needs to focus on the basics of business; double check your work and be competent in what your doing."
