"The sales person did not make any effort to help us after three visits. We had our symbol for embroidery on a dst flash drive. First a jpg file next visit pdf next visit dst and then can't open said didn't have app and couldn't open an image."

"Was going to have them make me a custom embroidered hat. I had picked out the hat and I had the design and if it worked out I was gonna have more made another gentleman was there wanting to do the same thing. The person working there said the design needed to be in DST format. He said there was apps that did it but couldn't say which ones for some reason. Or we could pay an additional $25 to have the design sent to corporate and they would change it and that would take 3 business days to do. Well the other guy didn't want to do it so he left. I stood there for 20 minutes downloading app after app trying to find the right app that could convert my design to DST . Well that didn't happen so I gave up and left. I told the person working there that they lost out on multiple sales cause they didn't have the software at the store so people could get the designs the customers wanted. More people would buy custom hats if they simply had that software there. They're literally losing money by not having that there and it would pay itself off"
