"Recently moved here so trying to find a new place to get my haircuts. Been here twice and I’ll never come back. First time, haircut was fine, I get a simple fade and beard trim. Person I got was kind, chatty, and did a great job. Second time, the worst haircut I’ve ever received, to the point that I went to a different barbershop to fix it. Lady seemed uninterested in cutting my hair, and made it a mess. I don’t know her name, all I know is she was the one with the lip piercing, seems like she may need to go back to school."
"Don't do a haircut if you don't know how to cut the style requested. You don't just chop up a kids hair as trial without explaining to parents and the kid that you don't know how or never have. Now a kid who grew their hair out just to have the new style has messed up hair and will take another year to start over. You explain to the kid you ducked up. And don't let them leave the building with it messed up! Husband took kid and was so livid he just left. I'm sick to my stomach over this."
