"I went to urgent care yesterday barely able to breath. They got me right in,of course checked in day before, and the doc came in and found that I had diminished breath sounds in all lung fields. Gave me a breathing treatment. I felt a 100% better. I was scared and am quitting smoking this whole not being able to breath to the point of nearly passing out got my attention. "After having a appointment at 4 I get pulled back into a room they take my vitals then 1 hour and 30 minutes go by so I went to go see what’s up and the nurse practitioner is setting at her computer being very rude when I ask how many are ahead of me cus I have been waiting so long. Do not recommend there is always someone that is rude and very long wait even with a appointment"
"Every single time we come in here, It is 1-3 hour wait. Does not matter if you schedule apt, or walk in. There is ALWAYS at least 1 rude staff member. This clinic needs better staff and management. They have misdiagnosed simple things. My family will not be going back. Time to try new GPRMC walk in clinic."
"Went in last minute on a Friday. Online check in process was great! Didn’t have to fill out much of any paperwork as everything was done online prior to my arrival. Didn’t wait very long once I arrived to be seen (approx. 15 min). Very professional staff. Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and addressed my medical concerns promptly. Will definitely return to this location in the future if needed. Thank you!"
