"The rumors are not completely true. Yes, there are staff that I met at camping world that should definitely not belong there and some are truly hard working employees that care about customer service. One being Bobby! I first spoke to Bobby over the phone after getting the run around on where my camping package was located due to miscommunication on both parties. Bobby was so amazing and wanted to make sure he was able to locate it and resolve my issue. He was so sweet and thanked me for being patient while he searched and ultimately found it! I told Bobby I was going to be there shortly. He was amazing, retrieved our package. Bobby also showed me around the floor to show me items and helpful first time travel trailer tips and tricks. I am so grateful I met Bobby, he also introduced me to Chad in service. I was missing an item that came stock with my travel trailer and without question Chad got to work and was able to order it from the manufacturer and ship it to my home so I would not have to drive back to camping world. He even informed me that they are slow in shipping but I was thankful for his help and can’t wait to receive it! Bobby told me he has been with the company for 20 years or so and truly embodies what true customer service is. Five stars for Bobby!"

"Joe Middleton and the sales team were great to work with. We looked at a lot of campers over several visits before purchasing our grey wolf travel trailer. The parts staff was also very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the camper. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is the service department. On our first service visit for a 90 day inspection and a couple of minor fixes including a decal that was peeling that was to be fixed on a we owe from the purchase. I called a few times ahead of the service visit to ensure the decal would be there ahead of time. Communication has been non existing with Kat. She wasn't there when I dropped the camper off a month ago, and after 3 weeks to "diagnose" a warped skylight, a broken door strap and a trim board rubbing the floor on the slide out, I stopped by to talk with Kat to check on progress. Not only after a month have they not ordered parts, Kat asked me to send her a picture of the decal that was peeling. I said I'd be happy to if she showed me where they parked it. She had no idea that service still has my camper. I've alerted Joe and left a message for the general manager. Waiting to hear back."

"I and my wonderful husband just purchased our retirement Travel trailer as a first time customer in customer I was completely confused as I handle all the errands in our home. I ran to this store in Sherman Texas and was afraid not knowing what to do I came across Kelly and service manager Bobby completely made me feel like family. We even walked out with the membership saved me cash on parts. If you're like me and you feel lost or just needing some expertise advice go for it! This is the place!"
