"Had a good experience but be ready to have things taken to customer service or pay in each dept. Keep in mind though I purchased some expensive Dewalt tools, weed eater etc. Other wise could have paid at any register. Had good help to carry and help me out though."

"Lowe's Home Improvement needs to stop saying that they support the military and veterans. My passed experiences the last 3 months prove that they do not care. Even after explaining myself and my service to each company. They have still continued to disrespect my service to this country and me as a person. I have spent countless hours on the phone attempting to resolve issues with each company. Their customer service, professionalism, and their understanding of their own policies are atrocious to say the least. I have been disrespected, discriminated against, and talk down to by numerous employees and mangers. There must be a better understanding of how to treat a combat veteran and/or disabled veteran, especially one with PTSD, like myself. I will no longer seek any services from any of these companies and I do not recommend purchasing, financing, and/or utilizing any services that they provide. Thank you for listening"

"Usually have what I need. Big box store means a lot of walking. Most of the employees are helpful, although some seem to just ignore you. You have to hunt for someone to ask a question or find something. If you're lucky, you can get someone to help you load. Stil, better than the other big box store."

"Dear Lowe’s Management, I hope this message finds you well. I have tried called more than 10 times to Lowe’s Sherman Texas in past two weeks, not store manager is not able to address the issue. Most of the time I am on call for more than 1 hr to speak to manager and then someone lifts the call and disconnect it. Very pathetic service. When I asked their store manager email if, they said they do not have any email for customers. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered with a recent purchase made at Lowe’s Sherman Texas in late November. I am still within the legal return policy period. Specifically, I acquired a 12ft x 6ft enclosed cargo trailer during that time. Unfortunately, the trailer has presented several issues shortly after its acquisition. Firstly, the indicator lights, an essential safety component, have ceased functioning. Additionally, the jack mechanism designed to lift and stabilize the trailer has proven to be unreliable, posing stability concerns during use. Regrettably, these issues collectively indicate a significant concern regarding the quality of materials and craftsmanship used in the construction of the trailer. Consequently, I would like to request a return for a full refund or an exchange for a reliably constructed trailer. I believe in Lowe’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality products, and I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved swiftly and amicably. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response."
