"The WORST customer service the last 3 months. We used this company for awhile and they were great then all of a sudden months would go by and our tenants were not getting what was requested. Every day there are excuses! We’ve asked for refunds as we pay up front and he refuses. Avoids the calls…RUN from this company!"
"Husband bought washer from here. Loud and shakey, husband called same day to get a refund or replacement. The guy said no, here it is not even two months later the washer quit draining. My husband called he was going to call back with for repair. Still heard nothing I called back today he said they will be out here Saturday they never showed. They said they’d call me back when in office they never got back after I sent a copy of the receipt. Junk wasted money"
"I am a caregiver for a disabled elderly couple who contacted this company for repair on a dryer. He supposedly repaired the dryer in July and by October it was out again. They were charged $360, which they paid up front for parts and labor. 3 months later the dryer has not been repaired and when he is called he always says I’ll come tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. Beware of this business. Absolutely not legitimate"
"Called to get my refrigerator worked on. Person came out and said the fridge was leaking freon even though the evaporator fan was the issue. We paid for the service call and parts to fix the fridge but never got anyone back out. Took him to court and won judgment but he never paid that ether. Find someone else"
"Very disappointing experience. Never seen a more obvious bait and switch, they got me good. Hour after they left it leaked worse than before and then was given the” 2 days out on parts and I’ll call you back with a price” . I am quick to give a small guy a chance but this was humbling. They had pricing at the drop of a hat when it mattered. Service used to be impeccable in rural America, now it’s worse than the city."
