"We switched from pinnacle over to Enderby when Pinnacle bought Collins propane. Like everyone else, we weren’t notified of the change, and were horrified to learn pinnacle did not assume the auto fill program. They put a lot of families in a very bad position with some of the coldest temperatures on record. Enderby really came through for us when we were in a pinch. We were down to 4% the day before Christmas Eve and wouldn't have lasted the night. The cost was $2.75/ gal which is very competitive considering many are charging over $3/ gal and require long-term contracts. Enderby takes credit cards, checks, or cash. Although there is a Princeton location that services Lucas, the Sherman location accommodated us. The customer service is excellent. You get a real person answering the phones. Driver 206 was exceptional and very polite. I recommend Enderby without reservation for residential propane delivery."
