"Bought floss. Was told it was o. "Door buster price" and couldn't use coupon; paid the regular price. Never have been able to use a coupon, so have xeased to be concerned wirh then. They have great prices after holidays, but regular prices seem quite high. Nice, helpful folks work there, so don't get irate. Plan to go elsewhere more often."
"Friendly enough cashiers, the store however is disheveled. There were empty cardboard boxes littering the floor, unmanned step ladders sat in the middle of the aisles. I'm into yarn crafting and I feel as though the yarn here is overpriced."
"The staff members know their stock, answer questions with patience and knowledge. Kudos on your associates. I've been a customer ( and part time associate in Carrollton in the 1980s when you folks were Cloth World) in Sherman since 1987 and you're my only store for material !"
"They refused to price match. I had the proof (like how the policy states online) that Walmart had something at a lower price. Manager simply said that she can’t because the price is at a JOANN clearance price. Ridiculous."
"I love that they always offer in-store sales and the associates are always helpful. I appreciate all the girls at checkout who help me scan coupons on my phone. I made a terrific haul with sale prices on crystals and diy jewelry findings. Then at check out I watched my coupons discount me saving over $60 and my cost was even less than what I saved."
