"I traded a car in there for a car I dreamed of owning. Their offer on mine was a bit low. I ended up taking the deal for my dream car. I owned the car for exactly 15 days when the engine blew up on me. It literally left me stranded 3 hours from home. I reached out to the sales tech who was very friendly when I was looking to buy 2 messages in he left me on read. In total out of pocket. I’m looking over $2500 in repairs that’s with the warranty I paid extra for. Not going to lie when I see my old car listed at $7000 over what they gave me for it I know now money drives the company not the experience of uniting a person with a car that suits them. I give them a 3 star not a 1 for the simple fact that the sales guy was pretty dam cool. Wish things went differently and the dealership would not want to know this happened with out even a sorry!
