"Wonderful people, great customer service and product support. I contacted them about a scope that i purchased back in 2019, on a recent range visit, the lense with the reticle etching cracked under recoil. My inquiry to my surprise and delight, got a quick and courteous reply and resolution from Tan. he took a look at the pictures i sent and without hesitation sent me out a replacement (my scope was covered by a lifetime warranty). I would absolutely recommend Vector Optics, they stand behind thier products, and they are great people. Side note, for the price point these are great scopes! Mine held zero and tracked very well, illumination was great and the glass was clear and reasonably crisp color/image for this level of optic."
