"Unfortunately there is no option to give them less stars. Place is a ripoff and borderline fraud. They sold us an item and told us we had 10 days to return. When we came back the following day (about 12 hours later) they told us that the item was actually on sale and therefore non-refundable. For kids ski pants to charge $180 and then not take them back 12 hours later is fraud, especially when you don’t disclose your shady policy. Beware, think twice, find another place."
"Store is great, but the green-haired woman who rang us up at the front counter was the most rude, vile, awful person imaginable. I think she was the manager, which is even more horrifying. Those poor employees - the girl who assisted us was so sweet and helpful, and I wished her good luck working with such an awful person. Why so rude to a couple simply asking for recommendations on board wax for their son? What on earth did we do to her?? She must be deeply damaged from some kind of childhood trauma. I’ll pray for her, but I’m reasonably certain she gave up on God LONG ago. Sad!"
"Manager was extremely rude and lied about them being “the fastest store in town to mount bindings”. We went into the store looking to buy bindings and have them mounted. She stated it would take at least 48 hours and that every other store in town would take at least 12-14 days, making them the fastest. We went over to Cole Sport and they were able to mount the bindings overnight and they were also WAY friendlier."
"Brian was amazing help. He was a bottomless source of experienced guidance and advice. He very patiently helped me purchase a complete outfit... after not skiing for several years. Couldn't be more satisfied? Thanks to him and the staff!"
"Nice place, with very knowledgeable staff that will help you to find the right equipment for your skill level. The do have rentals as well as the shop. The store is in walking distance from the lift to the mountain. They do have good brands even for rental, also they open quite late, which is also is very handy."
