"I would not rely on this ammo to protect my family. Multiple rounds needed multiple trigger pulls to fire. There were a few complete duds. Great ammo to work on trigger jerk. Never know what one might be a dud. Severely disappointed."

"I would not recommend buying this ammo until they get their manufacturing process straightened out. I bought two boxes of .45 ACP and two boxes of .38 Special at a gun show in Redmond earlier in the year. My grandson opened a box yesterday to try out my .38 pistol. About half the rounds had the primers extending past the case head and the cylinder wouldn't turn. Out of 6 rounds, two shot and 4 were misfires. I suspect that they are not cleaning out the primer pockets or not so adequately. I bought the gun new and probably have about 200 rounds shot through it all with new factory ammo over the years and have never had this problem. I will post pictures when I get a chance. One round barely cycled as the cylinder was dragging on the primers of the other rounds and the primer was hit on the edge of the primer. Not good. I will be contacting the firm with this issue and see if they'll give my money back. 09/07/2022: Just had a conversation with Kevin. He's citing "Federal Law" about "not refunding or replacing ammunition". This box was defective. I haven't opened the other boxes and won't. I will get some good pictures and post them. Do not buy from this firm. They have poor quality control. 09/10/2022: Kevin stated that "Federal Law Prohibits the return of guns or ammo". I spoke with an ATF agent and also did web searches. There is no such federal law. Incidentally, the ATF agent said that he couldn't find them licensed so he was going to send a couple of agents to their place of business. I will echo also what others have said. Very poor customer service and was intimidating and rude on the phone. They need to be closed down. I stand by my claim that the ammo is defective as I still have it and can provide proof to anyone this truth. I will post a couple of good pictures when I get the chance. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS."

"Purchased two boxes of 9mm and 2 boxes of 45acp at the local gun show. The 9mm had multiple primer issues and many malfunctions including primer strikes but the charge did not go off and stovepiping every round that did go off at the gun range. The primer issues includes bent primers so I turned those rounds over to the RSO at the range to be disposed of safely and properly. The missfires were also turned over to be disposed of. 9mm worked perfectly with store purchased ammo. So far the 45acp's work but I am carefully inspecting each round before loading them into the magazine of a brand new pistol."

"Very bummed. Bought 400 rounds of 9mm from a local gun show and had 18 malfunctions out of 200. Last one was a squib. The other 200 I threw away. Everything from primers falling out to very weak loads. And multiple jammed casings. After the squib...I was furious. Everything was shot through a Glock 19 that I never had any issues with...EVER. I know it was the ammo because a friend of mine tried to run a mag in his SIG P320 and instantly having the same issues I did. 3 failures in 1 mag. All the reviews I’ve read say that they are nice people and that’s awesome...but it’s still not a good enough reason to buy something that bad. Really hope they get their stuff figured out because I really wanna see smaller businesses succeed...but with product this bad...Someone gonna get hurt... Especially If they don’t know what, or how, to deal with squibs. Good luck too you guys...I hope you get things figured out before someone gets hurt."
