"Went in to take a look at grills. There was one person in the store. I was looking forward to speaking to someone who knows allllll about various grills (given that it’s a specialty store). Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had. She pointed to where the grills were and handed me brochures to each grill brand. Couldn’t answer any of my questions. Figured it’s the kind of store that you go to get what you want after you’ve done the leg work on deciding what you want and why."

"We purchased our entire log and ignition plus remote control gas log set from Ember Shop Dec 2019. This past September 2022 it would not light. We called them for a service call and here we are April 2023 and it's still not fixed. They sent 1 service guy during this time and he was going to order a part. Now it's not available. So we are told we have to purchase a new ignitor and remote... $800 or so... During this whole time (7 months), there has been zero communication or follow up. This is the worst place to purchase or do business with. They could careless ! Worst part is there's nobody else to purchase from in the area! Congrats Ember Shop you WIN the worst customer service award in Texoma!!!!! Oh and during this time we had to purchase a part that didn't even fit. Still haven't received that refund!!!!"

"They installed my fireplace and never connected my chimney. My family and I burned fires for 5 years putting smoke and ash into my attic. I didn't write or do anything about it other than just asking to make it right and working. They did or so I thought. The pictures of the water leak and their awesome craftsmanship are attached. Run away from this company and save yourself some heartache."

"This company is a sham. They took my money and sent me completely the wrong product and then would not give me a full refund unless I sent the product back at my expense. Otherwise they offered me 20% compensation. So they have effectively stole 80% of my payment for a product that I do not want and does not fit me.. be careful they are not honest and have no trading integrity."
