"I wouldn't even give 1 star. Been waiting on them to come pick up furniture. This is second day. They said they were around corner and never showed up. So tomorrow will be 3 days can't take off work anymore. It took 3 weeks to even get the whole sectional. Don't do business with them. They have poor customer service skills."

"Bar is bent on my couch, pops when we recline it. Was told it's "our fault" refused to fix. Even when I pay extra for the coverage. Was told it was a "my problem, not a their problem" I understand it was brand new outta box but with in 2 weeks it's broken. Ridiculous will NOT make another purchase again!"
"The worst customer service experience. Rented me out a laptop for my nephew which I got him as a Christmas present that quick working within 3 months and they have the nerve to get angry with me. Not to mention they charged my card 3 times for one months payment. Will not use Rent-A-Center again and would not recommend Rent-A-Center to anyone else."
