"The store did not pricematch Amazon on two different products. No problem, I just bought them on Amazon. The store had 85 employees and no customers to where I was asked no less than 8 times if I needed any assistance. This is great customer service to a point, and then then the constant harrasment made me rush out of the store. I see why you can't price match as you can't with the crazy number of employees on payroll. I see Best Buy going by the wayside like Circuit City."
"We have enjoyed Best Buy for many years, but it sure feels like their goal now is to be as impersonal and unreachable as possible. Calling to speak with someone in the local store is out of the question. Calling the BB phone # - very rarely do we get anyone we can understand. And it's usually clear that they do not care. If we ask questions, we sometimes get disconnected with no call back. The Total Tech Plan just went down $20/yr, however, many great benefits were cut. It's really a shame."
