"My husband and I came in today, and had a slight idea of what we were interested in, but had no clue what we needed. Celeste so kindly assisted us. She truly went above and beyond in helping us find the right shoes and fit. She explained things wonderfully, and steered us in the right direction. It was a wonderful experience, and we left feeling good about our purchases we made. I have had very difficult feet to fit, and not only did we find an excellent fit, but Celeste never once made me feel like my options were limited. The process was so much easier than pervious shoe fitting experiences. Wish we didn't wait so long to shop here! We will definitely be back!"
"I have driven past this store for years, but today was my first visit. I will definitely be back! First, the store was so much bigger than it looked from outside. It was very well stocked, and the salespeople actually knew about shoes. We were asking questions about the different brands and durability, support, etc, and they had good info for us, not just the standard "the most expensive is best in every way" type answer. We walked out with two great pairs and will be back again."
"I bought the boots a month ago. They do not allow returns or exchanges. The receipt says yes, but I brought clean shoes to exchange and they just said they were too dirty and that I was wearing them. Yes, of course, these were work boots. Should I have slept in them? When they arrived at our factory and sold me shoes, the seller smelled strongly of alcohol. I would never recommend anyone to buy shoes from them."

"Great selection of shoes. Lucy was such a sweetheart and such a big help to myself and my mom when we came into to exchange some shoes she had gotten for Christmas. The entire staff was friendly and helpful but Lucy was the one that stuck out to me because she was just great all together. I hope you keep her around."
