I asked tons of questions and no one got irritated like I've felt at other places. They were steadily busy the entire time and juggled all of us very efficiently. (oh yeah, I even had a same day appointment!) Everything was explained in detail; costs, time frames, etc. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and even had help picking a pair out. I've already recommended them to family!"
