"TERRIBLE!!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Contacted him about 4 days ago. They “read” my message but did not reply. After 9 hours passed I decided to reach out again and then they replied with an excuse saying “sorry they were in a no service area”. (That’s excuse #1) We finally scheduled a time and date to come out for a bid. I had a meeting come up on the day and time that he was supposed to come out, so I needed to reschedule and gave him a heads up and a day in advanced notice. He confirmed that was okay. Today he was supposed to be here at 9. We are a few minutes past and haven’t heard a peep from these guys. So I decided to call and find out if they’re coming. “Scott” answers and apologizes and says he’s stuck at another job in draper and didn’t realize the time or that he was late. (Excuse #2). Found that very unprofessional. I completely understand that things come up, schedules get moved around, but as an owner of a company or contractor, you should have the professionalism and courtesy to at least reach out to your potential clients to let them know what’s going on. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no excuse. I had the decency to reach out to them to let them know I needed to reschedule, but they had no courtesy to do the same. Especially dealing with projects that could be upwards of $100k that’s completely unacceptable. There are much better and more reliable companies out there. I definitely suggest you retrieve bids elsewhere. If this guy couldn’t even make it on time for a bid appointment. I could only imagine the disaster down the road if he’s hired to complete your project! STAY AWAY!!!"
