"We have never owned a pool before, so we did loads of research prior to this purchase. We decided we wanted a plastered pool and sought out several bids. Some places didn’t even bother to return our call. After reviewing our bids, we went with Bob and his crew. We chose them because everything was included in the bid, including the equipment we needed to maintain the pool. Working with Bob was a dream. He showed up when he said he would. He personally oversaw all the phases of the building. And he cheerfully answered his phone (or quickly returned texts) to answer our questions. We are thrilled with our pool and so grateful to Bob and his amazing team. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Our pool was mission impossible- and the result is stunning. The pictures say it all. It was built 150’ downslope behind our century old house through a narrow five foot access flanked by mature trees and landscaping. The crew used a smaller excavator to do the dig, bobcats to move the dirt, and then restored everything to it’s original condition as if by magic. It was a fantastic feat of engineering. Bob took every construction challenge in stride and solved them with expertise and imagination. Being in a Salt Lake City historic district, the permitting process was complicated and time consuming. Bob took care of everything- in the middle of the Covid lockdown. The sub contractors for coping and plaster are best in state. It’s a 16x36 salt water heated pool with a motorized cover and state of the art computerized equipment that can be controlled from our phones. It’s nearly maintenance free. We used a dark plaster that gives the pool a natural pond like feel surrounded by tall mature trees and old ivy covered retaining walls. It was designed to fit into the landscape like it was always there. The build time took a little longer than expected due to Covid, but once suppy chain issues cleared up and the top sub contractors were back on track things went one two three done. Best of all we brought it in exactly on budget, no surprises. I highly recommend Bob and his crew, we could not be happier. The Neubecker Family, Salt lake City"

"After deciding we wanted to build a pool, I called multiple pool builders. We considered and sourced quotes from builders of Vinyl , fiberglass, and gunite/shotcrete pools. All had a 'base' price with additions for better pool equipment, lighting, plaster etc. When I called, Bob answered the phone, not a sales or office person. He said there were no options other than plaster finishes. Everything everyone else was charging as an upgrade was included. We opted for a SPA that can be operated year round even when the pool is closed for the winter. As first time (and last) pool owners, we didn't have a clue how big of project this was going to be. Bottom line, Bob was helpful and friendly during the entire process. He always answered my call or texted me back even when there was delays related to supply chain or other not so great news. His crew Shawn and Nick are super picky and very detailed. They are nice and I trusted them as they came and went. There were times I was a pain in the butt! Bob would drive up and walk us through where we were and what was happening and when. I could not ask for more than that from a contractor. The pool is done. We had our first family pool party this past weekend. Everyone loved it. Color is beautiful. Pool equipment can be ran from my phone. Pictures should speak for themselves!
