"Great selection of furniture, but me and my family have ordered furniture twice from here and got the wrong furniture delivered both times. It was really frustrating especially after waiting 6 weeks for it to be delivered just to be the wrong pieces. According to the delivery guys this is a regular problem coming from the Gainesville store."

"What a wonderful experience I had at Knight Furniture, especially in Gainesville, TX. They have such a large variety of items that are needed in a home. Things I didn't even know where there and items I needed, but thought I had to go to Sherman to get. I bought a variety of items there, and they all arrived sooner then expected. The people in the store were very wonderfuls and helpful as well as courteous. The delivery men were also so nice and courteous, as well as very professional. They had the old items out of the house and the new items in with no delay. They were Johnny on the spot on their arrival time. What really impressed me was that they made sure everything was where I wanted it, and they it worked. They unwrapped everything that was brought in and made sure every piece of trash was taken out of the house. I also noted that these men protected my door entrance, and hallway walls. Each time they entered my house they but on booties on their feet, as well as taking them off when they went back outside, and putting clean ones on when they came back in. The young men who delivered my furniture were wonderful and treated my purchase and my home with care.
