"The Gainesville HFT store has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were out of stock on a particular grease gun and took my information, promising to get in touch with me as soon as the item came in. Well, it took a full 2 months for this to happen, but they didn't forget and texted me when they received the grease gun and held it for me to pickup at my convenience. Very welcoming store, and five stars for their fantastic customer service!"

"Rude and non-attentive staff. Busy talking with each other instead of waiting on customers. Most importantly, the clerk asked for my phone number when she started my order, I said I preferred to not give it out. She then told me if I didn't provide my phone number I would not be able to return anything and would not get a receipt. I told her I was pretty sure that was against the law and explained she wouldn't need to worry about it because it would be my last time inside the store. I have a right to protect my privacy, including my phone number!"
