At the Treehouse

"Wow! So my wife and I picked a wreath out of a bin full of wreaths. There were 3 bins all with the same price sign 5(dollars)for wreaths. Then there was a bin full of tree skirts with a sign(1 dollar) We got 1 of each. When I go to checkout the lady charged me 10 for the wreath and 5 for the skirt. I tried to explain that wasn't right. I told her about the bins. She told me the wreath must have been in the wrong spot. (Even though it was in a BIN with 20 other wreaths. Then she told me that my skirt wasn't even a tree skirt was also in the wrong place , even though it had a picture of it under a Christmas tree with lights on it. It was in the original package. But also in a bin surrounded by other tree skirts. Long story made long. She was really rude and didn't even get someone to go check. She took a phone call while I was still trying to explain. Needless to say I didn't pay for the items . This lady shouldn't be in customer service. Other visits have always went well. Not this one. SMH!! This was on 11/17 at 10 am. If anyone in management wants to talk to this lady about this. I doubt you will."

"I don't know who is pricing but they need to do better. It is EXPENSIVE. My daughter picked up and item which had the original price tag of 2 dollars on the barcode. Here it was priced for 3 dollars. An end table with wobbly legs and cigarette burns was 10 dollars. Smh. Absurd. They need to price for half of what they are pricing. When you can go buy brand new for what you would pay here it makes no sense."

"This place is well organized and big. Some of the prices are a little outrageous though, we got a 3-in tiny stuffed bear that didn't even have a brand on it and it was a dollar. The thrift stores I usually go to that would be about a quarter. Hopefully employees/volunteers are friendly but there are some that are not, especially up at the counter."

"Love this place. The clothes are cheap, and they have so many different things to choose from. Kitchenware, sheets and pillowcases, sewing supplies, baby clothes, utilities, books and more! The people are nice, and have always helped me with my shopping. I will definitely donate here and shop her from now on. I used to shop at the gainesville tx goodwill but lately they've remodeled, become commercialized, and have been selling everything sky high. You don't even save money shopping there anymore. They don't even sell half of the items they used to either."
