"John Wilderman was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. after explaining what i was looking for i was sent RVs that were nothing like what i was looking for and he did not seem to care or want to help after i had told him very politely multiple times. in addition, he had for days ignored my emails containing relevant questions pertaining to my search for an RV. and once responded with “ok”. that was very uncomfortable for me. i don’t expect an immediate response but when your expecting help from an employee it is quite unprofessional to be disregarded and rude. After ALSO getting ignored by the general manager, Cory, i am forced to make a review and i regret to have such a foul opinion but i was treated the opposite of how a customer should be treated. everyone be careful purchasing here the employees are not very competent!"

"**READ**Purchased a new motorhome last week from this location. Sales rep Noah and the general manager Cory were knowledgable and everything was smooth and ready when we arrived. We drove 3 hours from out of state and did not want to waste anymore time. All that was left was to walk the unit and sign. The walkthrough was informative and he made sure we understood how to safely operate it. Then they put Jonathan in charge of closing the deal which was mostly a sales pitch for Good Sam. While he was clumsy we understood as he told us he just started the position. First-he didn't let us see the initial pages of documents just told us to sign and when I had any questions he didn't know how to answer. I had to ask to see the documents before signing, strange and sketchy to even have to ask. He kept pushing us to purchase extended warranty which we already said we were not interested in. However he told us things are going to break down year 2 and we should protect our investment! We are new motorhome owners and this scared us as we are not sure when things will break down. It was already closing time and we were on the fence but was told we could cancel anytime just by calling. I called a week later when we got back asking for it to be canceled. The app for Good Sam kept crashing and the reviews are not good. While the extended warranty is through another company, you would still have to go through Good Sam. Jonathan asked why and I told him it was an expense I wasn't prepared for and do not want to pay for it. He started to push it again even when NO had already been expressed multiple times. I have to say if someone is being forceful and make you feel uncomfortable you should walk away!! Still dealing with canceling the extended warranty, it's not as simple as a phone call as we were initially told. I did a lot of research and everyone said to stay away from Camping World. My experience has not been as bad, mostly everyone at this location has been helpful. However...if you buy something from here it will go bad by year 2 so reconsider before buying anything from this location. Or at least be prepared to pay additional thousands of dollars for extended warranty that will last an additional 48 months."

"My husband and I recently purchased a used Forrest River Georgetown 270S. Shortly after purchase we had a mechanical failure that went unnoticed prior to the sale. I’m proud to say the folks at Camping World EAST stepped up to the plate when they didn’t have too and immediately took responsibility for all repairs and their amazing staff was even able to get our RV repaired prior to traveling out of state to the Camping World Nevada Nationals race in Las Vegas (prime reason for purchasing RV when we did). I’m beyond grateful for the generosity and we will forever be Camping World East customers!"

"Awesome customer service!!! We were driving across the country with a fifth wheel and lost trailer brakes - not safe. Brianna answered our call and coordinated with Jesse and Steve in the service department. They were so accommodating and efficient in trying a few possible solutions and then helping us find the part we needed for a more involved repair. While waiting we found a back up camera we have been wanting on sale with the wonderful Good Sam discount. Jessica and Autumn were so helpful and answered all our questions for that purchase. We are big fans of Camping World and love our local Camping World in Mesa, AZ. Our experience today with both locations in Oklahoma City just confirmed their great reputation in our eyes!
