Papa Johns Pizza

"I ordered 1 pizza for delivery and the confirmation email gave an estimated time of 29 minutes. 2 hours later I still hadn’t gotten my pizza. I called the store and they said they gave my order to a DoorDasher because they didn’t have anyone to deliver it and they didn’t know where it was. Very frustrating"

"I placed an order online for a 6pm pickup. I called at 5pm and asked if I could pick it up at 5:30pm. I was told yes, they’d have it ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and my order hadn’t been started yet. Those working said they couldn’t figure out how to reschedule the pickup time in their system. They said it would be ready in 10 mins. I returned in 10 mins to find out that the order still hadn’t been started yet, and was told they couldn’t pull my order up and they had to go in the order their system told them to. It’s 6:15pm and I’m still sitting here. At this point I don’t trust that they’d even be able to cancel my order in their system."

"This Papa John’s is pretty rough. They told me on the phone it would be 30 minutes until my food would arrive. After 45 minutes I called and a guy picked up (night of 10/27/23) said the driver had left 10 minutes prior and should be at my house any minute. They are .3 miles away so this didn’t make sense. Then at 62 minutes I called saying nobody was here yet, he sounded annoyed and said let me check. I saw the driver pull up at this point so I hung up. The guy on the phone said he would personally make sure there was ranch with the pizza when I asked to have it added. There was no ranch, the pizza arrived really cold and we had to microwave it. Huge waste of 58 dollars plus 10 dollar tip. The delivery driver also seemed stoned or at the very least uninterested in his job. He barely even looked at me. My last Papa John’s experience in Layton UT was also terrible but I ordered at the Farmington location as a last minute Hail Mary in hopes it was just the Layton location. I was wrong. Never again. I gave everything a 1 star because it was not a good experience but I did give 2 stars for food because although it was really cold and missing items it was still pizza so that’s a start."

"My wife ordered a pizza and some buffalo wings on their website and it turned out to be Doordash that delivered it. It took 2 hours for the delivery to get to our house and when it did it was the wrong order. Called the store and sat on hold for ever ended up hanging up and driving over there to complain and cancel our order and get a refund. No apology just a refund and then they were just worried about the next customer. This used to be our favorite pizza place but we will never order from them again. I wish I would have read the other reviews before we ordered so we would have known how down hill it had gone and how terrible of a store this is. Absolutely terrible customer service. I don't recommend anyone to do business with this place. Everything about it was totally unacceptable."

"Rude and lied straight to my face. I placed my order online but didn’t set it for delivery so I called the store and had them change it to delivery. After an hour my pizza had not arrived and I noticed I had a missed call from the store. I called them back and they told me they messed up and didn’t changed the order to delivery. When they realized the mistake instead of sending g it out they called me and when I didn’t answer they still didn’t send it for delivery. I told them that was fine and I would come pick it up. I asked them to remake the pizza since it had been sitting for so long. They said they would. I got there and looked at the pizza and it was obviously old. I showed them the pizza and said this is old can you remake it. They told me it was already remade. I know it was old but didn’t want them to do something to a remade pizza So I took it.
