"Usually, it is pretty good, but there were some things with our last order that we were not impressed with. First off, they have the option for Curbside pick up, but they don't actually do that at this location, so you could be sitting in your car waiting for them to bring you food and you'd be there forever. But we have learned that mistake in the past and remembered pretty quickly this time. However, there were things missing on our orders. A honey bacon club sandwich did not have bacon (that actually changes the taste quite a bit!) and a Chipotle glazed sandwich had three small pieces of chicken and one small piece of avocado. They were definitely skimping and it feels like a cheap shot since it's something we wouldn't notice until we were at home. And by then, no one wants to go back, especially on a busy Saturday night. It's just really disappointing."

"This was my first time going here and I was impressed with the quality of food. It's a simple sandwich Cafe with salads, soups, and deserts. Everything tastes great. Zupas includes a free roll and chocolate strawberry at checkout. Quick service. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars within the service department was they got my order wrong. They offered to redo it, though, which overall makes them a solid, trustworthy company. Would recommend checking out."
"I was really disappointed this time. We’ve been here a bunch, but it is starting to look dingy and dirty. It could use a deep cleaning and some freshening up, especially with all the new, fresh restaurants coming into Station Park. Was also unsanitary how they slid the chicken strips down the line and served them without a plate. Kind of gross. *Gave it another try a few months later and it was even worse. Grossly understaffed, no clean tables, dingy, the food looks messy, and it took 30-35 minutes to get our food. This place needs a major facelift and a manager that runs a tighter ship. It’s sadly pretty bad.*"
"Worst customer experience ever. I will never go here again. I ordered curbside. They don't have curbside spots and no close parking. The people were rude even with having my food not ready, no curbside spots, and my food wasn't ready for another 30 minutes after the promised time. They don't know how to clean up here either. Go somewhere else. So many other better options."
