"Revised review: Customer service experience was exceptional, food itself on the other hand was simply just bland in its flavor and overall even in the elevated state of inflation, ridiculously expensive for what is being offered in terms of value. With the understanding that there are other menu options, your mileage may vary by location (since this is a chain) overall though, it's decent at best for a quick bite to eat in the area. Be aware of this location especially, there are plenty of competing options, but just can't recommend visiting or trying out this offering at this time of writing. The decor and location of Zaos is excellent, it just lacks some superceded portion sizes, along with flavorful disposition at the time of writing to recommend further as a menu option for the Farmington Station area!"

"We were greeted as soon as we entered and the staff continued to be friendly and polite. You will get a good portion of food and is about right for the price. For my experience the food tasted and felt freshly prepared. The standard bowl was filling. The flavors of the ingredients are good but I felt the steak and chicken is more like Western than Asian in it's seasonings so a slight miss on that mark. Staff wear masks when serving food, which is nice to see."
