"I referred a group of tenants who were constructively evicted to Walter. Without Walter’s or the other tenant’s knowledge, one tenant cut a side deal and settled with the landlord. Walter had to withdraw because that settlement was adverse to the joint representation. Everyone was upset with the tenant who cut the side deal.
