"This lady in their had the worst attitude I've ever dealt with in my life. Her name is Sintrell and her degrading tone is going to make me get a refund on these glasses and never shop here again. After reading all of the other 1-star reviews I noticed a trend. A small lady with an attitude seems to be the trend. Why you would retain someone that is going to cost your store 10's of thousands of dollars in sales is an absolute embarassment. She kept going back and forth about a mistake she made and I am heading to the bank to get proof just so I can get whats owed. It's not even about the money. It's principle and I've never had this terrible of service in my life. Never coming back and I'm going to return every pair I've purchased from here."

"Copped me a pair of vacay Versace sunglasses. The store had some sales for select options. They also have military discount of 15% but it cannot be used on items that are already on sale. So I couldn’t use my military discount, but no worries. Don’t know until you asked, which is why I asked."
