"This place may seem nice but they sure know how to find a way to charge you every nickel and dime they can. Called and canceled an appointment via voice message (because they don't know how to answer a phone) and MONTHS later they sent me a bill (with a convenient late fee added) stating I owed them money for missing an appointment. This place cares only about money not patients. I'll be taking my family elsewhere from now on."
