"Office personnel were incompetent. 15 years with Dr. Case and this is the first time I was disappointed. I left angry and they accused me of yelling at them. I did not. I used one bad word and they dismissed me out of hand. Dr. Case is a great dentist. He just needs to get his old staff back."

"One of the front staff was extremely rude when I took my kiddos in for a semi annual. Also they don’t clean your kids teeth only polish. When I went to pass a tablet back after filing out the paperwork -which is extensive- she looked right through me. I almost dropped it in her lap. We declined service and found an amazing dentist about a mile away that took us the same day and my daughter’s teeth CLEANING was seem-less and they look amazing."

My grandmother only speaks Spanish and gets really anxious at the dentist. Dr. Case and Sarah were extremely accommodating and made sure my grandma felt comfortable the entire time! "Interesting enough, this was not a pleasant experience at this location to start off with. An individual would think that given this dentist office is a franchise that their systems would sync. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The young lady attempted to make a copy of my military ID which by law you cannot do so. I showed two forms of ID, 1 was the military and the other was my work badge. The young lady said I could not be seen because I did not have my driver license. That was untrue, I went back to the car came back to the establishment. Then I suppose the entire squad from the back came forward. I mentioned what transpired and Ms. Kight said I in fact could be seen. When I mentioned what the young lady up front said, she admitted she told me wrong. I inquired if I could email a copy of my drivers license since I do have it saved on my phone and Ms. Kight said I could. Then she felt the need to say “I needed to treat and talk to her staff better and fill out the forms.” I asked, “how have I mistreated your staff? I’m indeed filling out the form (which btw had my name spelled incorrectly and I brought it to the ladies upfront attention), I have not yelled, or cursed at your staff, in fact my voice level has remained the same. So your issue with me is that I’m straight forward and direct?” She had no rebuttal because it was true. It does make me wonder if Ms. Kight’s issue was that I am a black woman that advocated for myself and I was/am direct. I was not belligerent whatsoever. Nevertheless, the issue was resolved and I emailed Ms. Kight a copy of my DL. When I got to the back the dental hygienist, Mr. Delano and Ms. Krystal were super nice and kind. The Dentist Paskowski, DDS was kind as well. Needless to say, if you’re moving in between the dentist franchise “Dental Depot” be mindful that their systems do not sync and you’ll have to start from scratch as a new patient."
