The bedside manner by the dental hygienist have been rude to my kids as well as myself. Not to mention the 2 weeks of daily appointment confirmations sometimes multiple in a day is just annoying."
"Took my son this morning, the hygienist Shelly was great with him but extremely rude to me about his teeth. I do my best with him but it's a fight she basically jumped my butt for not being able to get his teeth fixed prior to this appointment. Made me feel absolutely horrible because he has cavities and I don't have the gas to go 45 minutes away to their sister company pediatric dental of Oklahoma when I tried to explain that to her she got an attitude with me and made sure I knew she was noting it in my son's chart to sooner care that he needed to go to their sister company. I told her I found one closer that just required a cleaning within the last month she said she disagreed which was fine but to act like I'm not even trying is ridiculous I brought him there to try and get his teeth fixed we tried 6 months ago at another location and he freaked out. Basically insinuated she would be calling child services if I didn't get his teeth fixed when I am doing everything I can. Spent more time berating me than cleaning my son's teeth and the dentist never even examined him just looked at X-rays. I won't be returning if that's how people are treated. Do better instead of making parents feel like garbage for trying."
