"This place is a joke! No supervision. I brought my 11 year old daughter here with a couple of her friends for her birthday. A group of boys barked, called them names, took picture of them and asked them to bark at them. I told an employee at the front desk. The boys continued to ruin her day. They pushed her down. We did not have a good time. I’d never go here again. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give us one. Cops were called . I have everything on video sent to me from other people that seen this happen. Vanwinkle location ."
"This trampoline park is too dirty! The last two times I have been (several months apart) there has been dried vomit, spilled beverages and ice cream, and trash all over the facility first thing in the morning. Which means it is not cleaned after closing or before opening. Additionally many of the padded covers to protect cuts are often ripped, everything is heavily worn and often times things are broken. Lastly, the hand sanitizer stations are always empty. Clearly profit is prioritized over safety and I will not be coming here again. Photo include: dried vomit, spilled drinks, spilled ice cream, trash, dirt and dangerous conditions"
"Great place to bring the kids, especially when it’s to hot or cold outside. There is a ton of activities for all ages. We went during toddler time, it’s great for the little ones to bounce around without being terrified some one is going to launch them."
"We had 2-year-old Hayden's party here and he loved it! There were kids from 2-8 and they all had a great time. The staff was charming and helpful. We will be back soon."
"Visited this location for the first time this weekend. It was a blast. It was great seeing my son freely enjoying himself. It was also awesome to see adults tapping into their inner child. The options are plentiful for fun. I highly recommend."
