"I was very unsatisfied at the prices of food which this place was charging for kids. As for the play area was okay, but to be honest I will not return to this place to have events such as parties. This place overcharges and doesn't take into account that it's for kids. I would most definitely recommend taking your kids to Coconut Cove. Coconut Cove is by far much more cleaner and has better play toys that are very clean for kids. As well as the prices for entrance fee and food are reasonable for kids. Also the employees they have here are teenagers. We noticed they sit at the front desk too much on their phones."

"There were SO many bigger kids that were running around knocking into little kids. The place felt really gross. The balls in the ball pit felt slimy. I felt like we should take a shower in sanitizer before leaving. Most parents were not supervising. I was knocked over by a kid more than once, without a look back or an I'm sorry, excuse me, nothing. It was totally stressful the entire time. Definitely will not be going back."

"We had our daughter’s birthday party on our second visit. We came in early July and were really impressed. This visit was no less impressive. It is clean, safe, fun, and a great place to bring your kids to get out of the house. I even feel comfortable enough to wear socks in the restroom. Yes the restrooms are even ultra clean. The manager also was kind enough to turn the TVs on to the college game of the week without us asking because he saw our jerseys. That kind of service and attention was super appreciated and shows the dedication this team has to their location. They are amazing."

"My 2 year old was in heaven! He had the time of his life! So many things to explore and play with. They packed a lot into a smallish place. I do wish they would add more parental seating. There are plenty of spots you could add a couch or chairs. I would also suggest they ask parents to park strollers in the lobby...big strollers were taking up a lot of space and made it more crowded. There is lot of space in the lobby where seating could be added too. There a small little section for babies which is nice. Lots of adults were crawling through spaces and playing too...so wear comfy, appropriate clothes if you want to play! No shoes allowed!! I had flip flops on...they said I could go barefoot but I opted to buy their socks for $2.50. I saw lots of barefoot adults and that really grossed me out. Ha! They have cold drinks, ice cream bars, lunchables, and other snacks to purchase. We paid for 2 hours and that was perfect."
