"Honestly had high expectations of this place, given they were voted best day care 4 years in a row and a lot of these other reviews are nothing but good things. I didn’t have a great experience with these guys. The staff is really nice I will give them that. But my daughter would come home with diaper rashes almost every week. If they are changing diapers every two hours like they say, this would not happen. Since she’s been out of learning time academy, she has not had a diaper rash for weeks. One time, I picked her up with a poopy diaper. Don’t know how long she was sitting in it, could be a mistake, they’re only humans I get things happen but that shouldn’t happen. One time we dropped off 30 diapers on a Friday and by Monday we got a text saying she needs more diapers or they will use their diapers and will charge us for it. Just a lot of things that shouldn’t be happening when you’re paying almost $1,000 a month (before the rates recently increased)"
"My grandkids attend here and Miss Stacey and her staff are the best!! This is the second daycare for us and is hands down the best. The kids are always happy to be dropped off and happy when I pick them up. The staff is kind and caring and they all know each of the kids by name!"
"I am a first time mom who’s had lots of anxiety around my son. I learn he’s for 5 months for the right daycare and finally came across Learning Time Academy. My son has been going here since September and I have LOVED it! He’s in the infant class and they provide formula and table food. I appreciate how caring they are and are always communicating with me. My son is always well taking care of when picked up. I love the app and the security of the building. I have already recommended this facility to other and will continue to do so! Also love that even though he is an infant they still took school photos! Now my baby will have school photos from the very beginning."
