"We had our two children enrolled at the daycare. Our school age child was dropped off at school. However, when it was time for afternoon pickup they left my child at his school. When my wife went to talk to them about this they didn't even realize that our son was missing. When I spoke to the director about it she just made excuses. ( We're short a driver. I didn't drop him off. Even though later in the conversation she said she is the driver on Tuesday mornings. She even tried to blame his school. ) If you care about your child's safety. Do not enroll them here, because THEY don't care about your child's safety."

"My son loves it here, and so do we! All of the staff are wonderful - kind, patient, and understanding. I cant say enough good things about Ms. Fran and Ms. Katie who are with my son everyday. They have made us feel so welcome here! My son learns new skills in art, sharing and communication. They have organized activites weekly learning about colors, numbers, letters ect. during the time he is there as well as making meaningful connections with other children. Level of care and attention to detail is really important to me as a parent, and this location has gone above and beyond with my childs care. My son always feels happy about going to daycare/school when being dropped off (no more tears!). The play areas are always clean, inviting, and fun! I can't reccomend this location enough!"

"We love our daycare! The staff works hard to provide a safe and clean environment and an enriching experience for the children. I always see staff engaging with the kids. Between my two kids, we’ve tried a few daycares and I’ve never been happier with a place as I am with ABC Great Beginnings (formerly Bright Basics). For those who only require part-time care, this facility has a daily rate where most places only do full-time rates. I would 100% recommend taking a tour and meeting the owners/managers to see if this is the right place for you."

"My 2 year old child has been attending this daycare for 10 months and we have had a good experience. I love that there is a lesson theme for each week and that my child is learning new things at daycare instead of just watching TV or playing with toys all day. Some things I have liked in the curriculum are phonics, days of the week, using scissors, and educational music. We love Denise and Fran. They are excited to see my child each day and help her feel loved and welcome. They are attentive to my child's needs and keep parents informed. I also love the balanced meals and snacks served at daycare."

"My child has attended ABC Great Beginnings for 3 years (he was 3 ½) he attended 3 previous child care places and this is by far the BEST center. I have never seen anyone take so much time and effort to find out why my child was having behavior issues and not only that but work though them helping my child succeed. The center is always clean, teachers are all very helpful and are willing to go above and beyond. My child loves going there, when he started kindergarten, we made the decision to keep him at the center and get a boundary variance for the school that they take to instead of switching child care centers he is now in 1st grade and we plan on keeping him there as long as we can!
