"The staff is exceptional here. They not only managed everything we needed, whenever we asked, but they always seemed to care. The rooms are a little dated, but candidly, for the price and the level of service, I would take it any day of the week. The gentleman who drove the shuttle was super available, friendly, and helpful as well. We appreciate everything that the staff did for us during our stay. We will be back here again."

"I booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I & the other one for our friends. It was our first time staying in Park City to ski in Deer Valley. It was in a good location close to restaurants, markets, and the ski resorts. Parking was free. The resort offered free shuttle to the ski resorts which is a good option if we didn’t have a car or don’t want to drive in the snow. Both rooms were nice, clean 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen equipped with plates, wine glasses, utensils, etc. We stayed for 3 nights and it is great to have breakfast and cook dinner in our rooms. The resort provides one day supply of coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soaps. They should provide enough for the days that we were booked. The resort does not provide daily maid service, which is not a problem for short stays. There were adequate towels and bathrobes. The property has a spa and pool in an enclosed area. It was nice to not get chilled after getting out of the spa. The resort offered Happy Hour on Tuesdays which we enjoyed. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again next time we visit."

"My family has stayed here 4 years in a row, the staff always have gone above and beyond for them! My first time joining this year and absolutely agree. The shuttle takes you door to door to the park city ski slopes, staff are super friendly and always recognized me/ super personable. Also close to local bus stops. This year the staff started weekly wine and cheese nights, which lots of guest attended and were great social event! Heated pool, hot tub, close by to good breweries and restaurants. 10/10."

"Stayed here for a long weekend and we were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean, they provided robes, the hot tub was big enough to accommodate quite a few people. I didn’t jump in the pool but felt the water and it was heated. Lobby is nice. We arrived early in the day and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them so we could enjoy the day on the mountain. Fireplace is wood burning. We didn’t ask if they provided or sold any but we didn’t mind. There is a 7 eleven a short walk away that sells it. We loved the shuttle service. It’s such a short distance to the park city base. They provide a direct phone # to the shuttle driver and he picked up every time we called and gave us an approximate eta which was very convenient. The shuttle would also take us to Main Street and pick us up when we called and requested a lift.. the staff was friendly and they kept the coffee pots full in the lobby :)."

"We enjoy the Park Regency Resort. Its a great place to stay while skiing at nearby Park City Mountain Resort, with an on-demand shuttle to and from. Nice hot tub and pool covered by a clear acrylic structure. Staff are extremely kind and friendly and accommodating. We had several guest events this week, including a Wine and Cheese social, which was quite elegant and delicious. And the rooms have real fireplaces! I'm burning a pressed log right now and loving the atmosphere it gives our room. Only downside is that that there is little storage space in the 1 bedroom, but that is minor compared to the other charms of this hotel."
