"My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Gliddon at Live Oaks and I was very pleased with the entire team. This is my third child having this surgery but my first experience with Live Oaks. What a difference! The entire team is professional and courteous. The work they do with insurance claims is phenomenal ensuring the best reimbursement. The administration team really know their stuff! I love that the paperwork can be completed online but I believe it can also be done in person for those with limited access to the internet. I highly value their emphasis on informed consent and truly appreciate how they handled this aspect to ensure you understand the risks vs benefit in a neutral way. Bedside manner was excellent as well from both the doctor and his assistants. The best aspect was of course the surgery itself. Dr. Gliddon's work was fantastic and my daughter is recovering quickly on the second day and only required Advil and ice packs on day 1 with the heat packs on day two.
