"I’ve gone to this place for over 4 years, never had an issue until this year. For starters I had an appointment set for my two kids, took time out of work and kids out of school just to be told because I didn’t respond to their text confirmation a week before the appointment they canceled us without a single warning! Now I have NEVER responded to their texts and it’s never been an issue and their “office manager” claims this week is different since they are short handed they have to cancel anyone who doesn’t confirm in their text a week prior! Absolutely ridiculous I have never no called no showed them ONE SINGLE TIME after all these years this is how I am treated. They finally got us into an appointment and since my son has 2 cavities and my daughter has 1 cavity they want to charge me $5000 just to fill their cavities!! No financing options available!! Makes me sick!! If anyone asked me in the past I would refer anyone and everyone here but as far as these days I would not! I will be seeking a second opinion and finding a place that understands how hard it is to be a working single mother!"

"I’m just going to go ahead and do all of you mamas a favor and say DO NOT take your kids to Dr Lee for their teeth! What we went through with the doctor and the treatment plan lady was mortifying! We were told my son needed sedated, 4 caps and a filling & all in ONE appt! Dr Lee refused to explain anything to me at all including the process or what was all needed and why. Stuck his hand up saying he wasn’t explaining the hygienist could. My gut told me the way we were treated, spoke to, and that plan was not right! We left and immediately went for a second opinion and our son only really needs 1 big filling and 3-4 small tiny ones! Absolutely no caps or sedation. Went from saying we needed to pay 390$ to schedule procedure plus 740 later to the new dentist only needing 340$ for the entire issue to be taken care of. All they want is your money and insurance fraud by doing non medically necessary procedures!"
