So wonderful that I was able to make an appointment and when I arrived I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room forever to be seen. Dr. Fernandez is very thorough and goes over all your tooth health. Fabulous office. Never need different dentist again."

"I told them of prior experience with the dentist in this city in the 80s who went to prison for the things he did to his patients, including me. It caused such an extreme panic any time I have to visit the dentist. The whole staff was SO patient and kind and compassionate. I told them about my last visit to the dentist adding to the trauma because a man here in this city told me my teeth were too damaged from my Multiple Sclerosis medications and it “wasn’t worth his time” to try to save any of my teeth. His office sent me away with a referral to pull ALL of my teeth and get dentures even though I begged and pleaded with him to try to save at least my front teeth because I can’t afford to have them all pulled. These kind humans worked to ease my anxiety, constantly telling me exactly what she was doing and asking if I was okay frequently… reassuring me that I was doing a good job and it would be over soon. And when I tell you these ladies made sure to tell me there was absolutely no reason all my teeth needed to be pulled and many of them just needed fillings….they came up with a plan to pull a couple of the teeth that are absolutely beyond saving because there’s barely any tooth there, but to actually save the rest AND make it financially something I can do one tooth at a time in my own time frame … I literally climbed in my car and cried in the parking lot for 5 minutes from relief… they made me feel like I can absolutely manage to make it through this… and not like a garbage human for my teeth. The last dentist did know it was my illness and my medication that caused it, and he didn’t care. He was judgmental and cruel. He made me feel utterly worthless. He added to my anxiety to visit the dentist. This entire office was so kind. They never made me feel judged. The dentist was incredible. She was so caring and let me know I mattered. She showed me compassion when I needed it most. Her hygienist was so sweet and made me feel safe. The kind woman who helped me figure out a plan to approach my treatment financially was patient and helpful and hugged me when she saw I needed it. She hugged me and let me cry my tears of relief, and she didn’t judge me either. The dentist who hurt me as a child deserved everything he got and more, and he made me fear dentists for the rest of my life. I am a grown woman who knows I can’t be harmed, but my brain doesn’t know we aren’t in danger anymore when we go to the dentist. My anxiety is through the roof for even cleanings and checkups. These women today helped me more than they will ever know. I cannot thank them enough, and I feel like I actually CAN handle what I need to endure to fix my mouth so I’m no longer in pain and don’t lose any more teeth than absolutely necessary. Many blessings on this staff for their kindness, their compassion, their patience, and their humanity. This review may seem like “a lot,” but it is a huge deal for me."

She made sure she explained what she was doing and answered any of my questions I had. I’ve used Falls town Dental since 2012 when it was Dental Works and will continue to go.
