"Never gave me anything 4 pain after all my teeth were pulled. Permanent Dentures fit great however, I still had gag issues with the palet. It took me walking in and politely letting them know they Must remove the palet. Said without it they will not adhere to my mouth unless I get implants. Informed them it was a risk I'm willing to take! Not only did the dentures hold well, but I am able to speak proper again and eat normally! They r a franchise. Money money money!"

"Stay far, far away from this place. Shoddy work. Understaffed. And I paid my full bill only to receive another bill SIX MONTHS after the work I had since stating I owed another $700!! When the office manager told me herself I didn't owe anything else!! I took a loan out to pay before having work done for almost $600! Crooks! Not to mention, I was told I had gum disease and would need DEEP CLEANING every 3 months! 2 other dentists told me, there is NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR GUMS!! They are healthy!"

"I am sharing detail because I have never had such attention to detail for an initial appointment. My appointment was at 10 AM March 11. I was greeted promptly at the reception desk and was handed a Pad to register and record my responses to appropriate medical history. As soon as I had completed the process. I was met by an X-ray technician to complete my X-ray examination. Next I was escorted to an examination room where a dental hygienist did an exam and data was recorded. Next the dentist came in to lme know where we stood and what to expect. In the final step I was given an estimate of the work to be done including a complete breakdown and financing options. (Needed a lot of work) The staff was responsive to all my questions and particular issues. I give Aspen Dental my unqualified 100% rating! Professional all the way."

"These people are crooks. I was told I had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning. My insurance was charged $3300 and I was told my copay was $339. After my insurance paid the full amount of the charges, the eob from my insurance stated that I should not have been charged a copay. Aspen will not refund it to me. They will not cooperate with my insurance when they called on my behalf. I've also seen 2 other dentists and a periodontist who have told me that my gums look great and that they doubt that I ever had gum disease. I told them about the procedure I had done at Aspen and they told me that was not considered treatment for gum disease. They also told me that they would have only charged me a 3rd of what Aspen charged had I needed treatment. This business is only about making huge profits and is unethical."

"I’m so happy that Aspen got me in for fixing my bottom denture. I had a crack in it so I was recommended to give them a call and was able to get in within a little over an hour away. I was so surprised I got in. The guy that works on dentures was going to leave at 10 for the day so it was 9:50. Receptionist had me take out my denture in the bathroom and gave it back to her in a tray. About 2 minutes after 10, my denture was fixed. I was told there was no guarantee, but I told her that was fine. With Christmas a few days away, I didn’t want to be eating a great meal and my denture end up breaking. I’m so happy Aspen was able to take care of me and great staff!"
