"We stayed here I'm Feb 8-14 2024 in room 402-3. This room was terrible. 1st The bed is almost ten years old 12/08/2014. It's extremely worn. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The room was hot, too. The heat was turned off, and I slept with the sliding glass door open. This kept the temperature down, but I had to listen to snow removal equipment all night. The light switches didn't work. The bathroom fan didn't work. The bathtub had broken buttons. The couch cushions were flat, worn out, and gave no support. The the layout of this one-bedroom suite is a joke! It has two rooms converted into a suite via a hallway. We were walking down a hallway to reach the other room. The shower valve is broken. Also, I can't stream TV programs or pick apps on the TVs because they are so old. This room should be considered a rentable period. The positive it's a very short walk to the slopes. Don't stay here"

"I just had the most difficult problem with any hotel I’ve ever visited. I came down from my room to see if I had a package at the front desk and realized I had forgot my key when I left the room. I told “Ben” the front desk worker, that I had forgotten my key on the way down and told him the room number and name on file along with plenty of other information necessary to prove that I was indeed staying here in the room with another guest (my fiancé) that booked the reservation, and he insisted he needed more information and a call from my fiancé who booked the hotel for us. Meanwhile she could not call the hotel at the moment because she was dealing with an emergency. I was sitting in the lobby for about an hour waiting until my fiancé was able to call. This was very unnecessary and the most annoying part was that this was the same Ben that check us both it a few night prior."

"Unsettling experience. Very little (I should say zero) staff present. Found VOMIT on the elevator floor. That was the little cherry on top that made the experience unforgettable. I’m sorry but this place was not good."

"Stayed here for a week with friends, and loved the view. Not many restaurants within walking distance, but conveniently located on free bus route. Easy ride into town. Nice rooms, and kitchen. Would stay again."

"Zero staff anywhere which is not disclosed at time of renting. Not enough towels for the number of people we reserved for, took a while (room phone does not work) to get towels sent over and they had BLOOD SPOTS on them. The shower had no caulking and looked to be black mold around the tub/shower in spots. (Very unsafe, I've dealt with that in my own buildings I've purchased in LV.) What a creepy hotel, should be shuttered. Didn't feel safe or welcome. It was so bad the two women traveling with me wanted to leave by 6am, that NEVER happens. Took my socks off and walked to the tub/shower and my feet were getting black from the short walk. An absolute joke for a hotel, DO NOT STAY here unless you like blood spotted towels, and NOBODY to complain or speak to."
