"I travel frequently and always looking for a nice hookah lounge in the area I’m visiting. I came across Star hookah lounge and from the first interaction with Mamma I knew that this would be a place that I will love. She was so nice and welcoming each and every time I came in. I would literally drive 1Hr and 30Min to the hookah lounge just because of the great service I received. All of the employees are nice and welcoming as well."

"I visited their competitor down the street and it was empty with loud music playing. Fortunately I had seen Star was down the road and decided to try there instead. This was exactly what I was looking for. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in a very relaxing and welcoming environment. Great tobacco and beer selection, as well as delicious Turkish coffee."
"We arrived at 5:00pm (opening) on a Saturday evening and stood at the entrance for what felt like several minutes until one of the customers approached us and said no employees were currently there and to have a seat until they arrived. A gentleman finally came in and the craft beer options were appealing so we started there and placed an order for the pineapple fruit bowl. Apparently there were no employees there that was capable of setting up a pineapple bowl so we had to wait until the lady came in that was able to set it up. We waited and waited and finally she came in and was very kind and helpful. However, by that time it was too late. We received our bowl at 6:00 and had to leave at 6:40 for a dinner reservation leaving us unable to really enjoy the bowl and order any pies or baklava as the wait would have been longer. We purchased the most expensive bowl and wanted to enjoy it and that experience was cut short due to non-preparedness of the lounge. I think the experience overall was fair. Although we wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to friends due to the uncertainty of staff."
